Eight days before Halloween.

Location: Lecture Hall

Crowley: Is everyone in the Halloween Management Committee present and accounted for?

Vil: Everyone from Pomefiore’s here.

Cater: Heartslabyul’s ready and raring to go. ♪ Deuce-chan’s so geared up he even sat and waited a whole hour for the meeting to start.

Kalim: Oh? Sounds like you’re more than motivated enough! I've gotta keep up.

Azul: Why, Idia-san, how rare of you to join us in person and not on your tablet.

Idia: Heeheehee… I’ve got a little something to show off later today!

Jack: Is this everybody?

Lilia: Malleus is part of the committee too, but… 

Silver and the others are searching for his whereabouts right now!

He’ll be here soon if you’d kindly wait one moment longer.

Vil: Did someone forget to invite him again… ?

Malleus: … I apologize for being late.

Lilia: Ah, there you are. They found you sooner than expected.

Jade: That would be everyone, then.

Crowley: Err… very well. The Halloween Management Committee’s meeting will now come to order.

Starting with our Committee Chairman, Schoenheit-kun! If you would be so kind.

Vil: Certainly.

… at long last, there’s only eight days to go until Halloween. Come tomorrow, our campus’s “Halloween Week” begins.

I’d like to go over key aspects of the stamp rally one last time.

It’ll only be open to the public during Halloween Week.

Visitors who collect seven stamps total will be given candy as a prize at the main entrance.

Cater: Handing out candy when a ton of locals will be showing up for Halloween… 

The Headmaster’s like, sooo awe-inspiring and generous~. ♪

Crowley: Pretty much~. It’s the least I could do when they’re always supporting us.

Jade: Yet one bag of those tiny candies is worth no less than 100 madol total. 

Crowley: It’s the thought that counts. The thought!!

Vil: Stop derailing the conversation, you two. I’ll continue where I left off.

The rally will be carried out from 10 in the morning to 10 o'clock at night.

No area will be left unattended during that period, so that we may stamp the card of each participant.

Those in charge of a station will be exempt from class. It’s going to be a long week, so each dorm will handle things by working in shifts.

Jack: We’ll have to take a shower pronto and jump straight into bed to survive the whole week.

Idia: 10 PM… ? But that’s when the day really gets started....

Deuce: The past month’s been real rough with how much we had to get ready, but… 

Tomorrow’s the real challenge, so let’s put out all the stops.

Lilia: Having to put together costumes while decorating our areas at the same time was certainly a hectic experience.

Epel: Sigh… preparing our costumes was so hard…

Vil: Of course it was, because I’m acting as both head of Pomefiore and Committee Chairman.

Wearing cheap-looking costumes when our dorm’s premise is spiritual beauty is just out of the question. 

All that agony was worth it, however; the finished product is absolutely marvelous. 

Crowley: My. One glance at your face tells me all I need to know.

You’re feeling quite confident in your work, aren’t you?

Everyone: Of course!

Jack: Savanaclaw’s got an amazing set-up; our pride and joy, something only we could piece together. 

Jade: Octavinelle employed some exceedingly unique decorations in our area. I'm sure you'll find them enjoyable. 

Kalim: I want everyone to take a good look at our costume-work too!

Idia: You’ve gotta be kidding me here. As far as costumes go, our dorm’s obviously gonna be the best thanks to our excessive attention to detail.

Vil: Hmph. That’s what I like to see. Very well…

Let’s go take a look at each dorm’s stamp rally station and their costumes.

And there will be no mercy for anyone who shows off some half-finished nonsense.

Crowley: Oh, yes—how lovely it is to see everyone so motivated!

Cater: Shouldn’t we get moving? It might take a while to visit all the stamp rally stations with them being scattered around campus.

Crowley: Oh, my apologies. You’re quite right.
