( ... I see. I was worried since the ceremony's details were unclear, but Sakuma-senpai and Hakaze-senpai, who's playing the role of "sacrifice", are essentially the only ones who'll be be taking part. )

 

( Meanwhile Oogami and I will sing and dance, just the two of us, while they serve as our backdrop. Just a function in the stage scenery. )

 

( You could say our idol performance is the main event in all this. The ritual itself is being treated like something extra; a side dish... )

 

( I thought this ritual was supposed to be important to Sakuma-senpai's family. )

 

( Sakuma-senpai himself doesn't seem very attached to it at all. He made it sound like a pretty serious affair, but maybe he's not actually all that close to his family? )

 

( I don't know... I understand what Oogami means when he says he feels distant. Sakuma-senpai's still a mystery. ) 

 

Kaoru: (tiny voice) Wh-, stopstopstop! You said you wouldn’t bite!

 

Adonis: ( ... I wonder what's happening back there. I'm worried, but I can't see a thing when they're behind us like this. )

 

( The screens are broadcasting the inside of the venue. I'll take a look at the footage after since they should be recording this. ... I need to be concentrating on what I'm doing right now. ) 

 

( While our upperclassmen are devoting all their time to the ritual, Oogami and I need to support them from the frontlines. )

Rei: ... hmm. Bravo. They've overcome the events of the S1 and DDD lives and grown since then. They're ripening in terms of the spring harvest, essentially.

Kaoru: Heeey. The ritual’s pretty much over, right? So shouldn't we stand up and get together with them before people start getting suspicious?

Adonis: That reminds me. Why're we called "UNDEAD", exactly? 

 

It's not a very idol-like name... I assumed it had something to do with the original title, DEADMANZ.

 

Koga: ... mmhh. I don't really remember small stuff like that. I was the one who went and named it "UNDEAD", huh? 

 

Probably… for the exact same reason that damn Four Eyes named the group DEADMANZ.

 

I had somethin' to say to a someone somewhere who was bored to death, with his eyes like a corpse.

You're hell bent on bein' one of the dead, but corpses can come back to life if they're part of the UNDEAD.
