Location: The Other Dimension - Hollow Graveyard

Ace: Now we’re in a graveyard?

Leona: Sounds about right for the Ghost Realm.

Floyd: Man, findin’ all those ghosts is gonna be tough. The fog’s so dense I can’t even see. 

Epel: What should we do, Leona-san?

Leona: … All right. Listen up.

Use any means possible to pocket those shards. Dig up the whole area if you have to.

And while you're at it, make it five per person.

Everyone: Seeeriously?

Leona: What’s with the long faces?

Ace: It’s pretty obvious you’re just throwing us like darts ‘til you get a bullseye.

Leona: Like I’ve got a choice. Strategize all you want, a certain someone’s bound to screw us all over.

Floyd: Gee, they must be awful.

Ace: Dude. He isn’t even the least bit sorry. He’s got no shame!

Leona: I learned my lesson back at the lab: Not one of you’s capable of more elaborate planning.

Look. That shovel on the ground over there ain’t half bad for a skeleton like yourself.

Use it to dig the dirt up and find us some mirror shards.

Ace: Find them he says… when they’re so freakin’ tiny it’s like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Epel: I'm not sure why we need them for the party in the first place, but... I guess... we do?

Ace: Search me. I get the “come in costume” shtick, but that?  

Floyd: Wish I could just strangle these ghosts for the why, but they vanish too quickly.

Leona: Hmph. Who gives a damn about the reason?

They’re calling the shots until we can free those hostages.

That said…

Everyone: Yeah?

Leona: People have been usin’ mirrors as magic tools since ancient times.

For example, on campus, we’ve got the Dark Mirror, the Mirror Chamber, and these enchanted mirrors… just to name a few.

Furthermore, plenty of ‘em act as the anchor from one place to another.

If the shards they’re amassing are just fragments of a mirror with enough power to rival the Dark Mirror, then...

We’re in a world of trouble if they manage to collect each piece and put it back together again.

Floyd: Like, how much trouble?

Leona: Enough for them to potentially create a link between Realm of the Living and the Ghost Realm that they can pass through.

Ace: A-Are these shards seriously that dangerous?!

Leona: Don’t take me so literally. I’m not sayin’ it’s definite or anything, but the possibilities are there.

If you don’t like the sound of that, you better find ‘em so we can fight back. Get to work.

Ace: Ugh… so much for Halloween being fun.

Epel: Right. But for now, we just need to do this… I guess. Let’s find those shards as fast as we can.

Ace: Should we, like, split up? Where do you wanna look, Floyd-senpai?

Floyd: All we’ve gotta do is gather some shards, right? I’ll do whatever on my own, so you do the same.

Ace: He’s WAY too laid-back… How about you, Leona-senpai? Are you gonna take right or left?

Leona: I’m our lookout.

Ace: Suuure. And have us do all the work. At least play the part of dorm leader and ‘lead’ us for once.

Leona: Hunh?

Ace: Whoa, scary. No need to glare at me like that… Okay, okay! I’m sorry already!

Leona: GRWAR!!

Ace: WAUGH!

Ghost: GYAAAH!!!

Ace: What the. A ghost!

Epel: When did they get behind us?!

Leona: There’s more. Keep your guard up.
