Adonis: Are you sure? It feels like this is a little too heavy for you...

Koga: Hah! Don't underestimate me. Somethin' like this is nothin' to me!

Adonis: All right. If you say so... I'll trust you.

Hngh.

Koga: Ugahh.... ?!

Cough, gahhh! T-That's way too freakin' painful, Adonis!

Adonis: You're the one who told me to drop it on your stomach, Oogami. Or did I get something wrong?

I thought you wanted to get stronger through the pain...

Koga: You ain't wrong, but there's this little thing called self-restraint!

Tch. This isn't gonna cut it at all. I figured I wouldn't be able to gain a more powerful singin' voice without training my abdominal muscles more.

Adonis: Let's stop this, Oogami. You won't get anything out of hurting yourself.

I know it's our unit policy for each of us to give it our all in order to become our best selves, but... 

I think you've lost sight of yourself, Oogami.

Koga: Yeah, you've got that right. I couldn't be any more off track here.

But I don't plan on losin' to anyone else when it comes to bein' an idol!

Adonis: You're pushing yourself too hard...

Koga: I'm the one who decides what's too hard! Not anyone else!

You and Sakuma-senpai are actually pretty popular overseas.

That playboy... — Hakaze-senpai's getting famous now that he's finally takin' things seriously.

Then here I am without a thing to my name. Augh, it annoys the hell outta me!

Adonis: No one's saying you have to go abroad to grow as an idol.

Sakuma-senpai and I just had some things to finish up...

Koga: Y'know how they say it's better to record stuff overseas? It sounds exactly the same!

I don't care whether it's through my body or my environment; I want that kinda change!

So if ya get me, get to droppin' that weight ball on me again, Adonis!

Adonis: Oogami. Will you listen to what I have to say first? 

Koga: Aahn? What, Adonis? I'm never sure how to t'go about listenin' when you're always so solemn...

Adonis: Just act how you usually would. My Japanese isn't the best, either, but let me share my opinion.

You have your own charm, Oogami, and try as you might to improve, I think that's a valuable thing to have.

You need to appreciate yourself more. There's no need to push yourself so hard. I think you're already an admirable example of an idol.

Koga: Keh. You don't gotta act like you're doin' me a favor saying all that. Most everybody's got their own individuality.

But just gettin' people to accept you for who you are ain't progress. My soul's the one shoutin' out that I'm no good if I don't grow more as a person!

So the only way to stop this overwhelmin' feeling of mine is to engage in some rigorous training. You feel the same way, right, Adonis?

Adonis: I said there's no need to rush, but...

If that's how you feel, Oogami, then I guess I'll have to join in.

Koga: Huh... ?

Adonis: Compete with me. You'll quickly understand through some actual exercise how you're not at all second-rate in ability.

Koga: ... tch. You're right. I'm thinkin' way too much for someone like me.

I ain't got an ounce of power and yet I keep tryin' to argue all these points. Just the words of an innocent brat.

All I've gotta do to show off my strength is use my body is what you're sayin', eh, Adonis?

Adonis: That's right. Better than all the worrying, or at least, I think that'd be more you, Oogami.

For instance, what would you say about us dueling each other using that running machine over there?

Koga: You're on. But just runnin' alone won't be any fun, right?

The loser's gonna have to buy the winner dinner. Got that, Adonis?

Adonis: All right. If that's what it takes to help you, Oogami... I'll buy us meat if I lose.

Koga: Heheh. Now that's what I'm talkin' about, Adonis. ♪

Let's get this party started, then. Ready, seeet.... rock'n roll. ☆

Adonis: That's a strange cheer... I was taught that it's "ready, set, go".

Koga: Hah. I've got my own style.

Adonis: Ready, set, rock'n roll, then. I'll remember that.

Furthermore... you've grown a great deal, Oogami. You can handle more on the machine than before.

You never missed a day of lessons while I was gone, did you?

Koga: Without a doubt! Not like I was gonna stand around spacin' out while you were overseas!

You might have an advantage over me in a race, but I built up my stamina so we could have the best concerts ever. Now I'm really starting to dig sinkin' my teeth into a good workout!

Adonis: That's my partner.

My worries have increased too, now that our senpai have graduated. But one of the good things about you is how you blow those very worries away with your wild excitement.

Koga: Oh, yeah... well, if you keep runnin' everything botherin' you'll disappear like magic... 

There's no end to our worryin' here, though; that's just the hard facts. 'Least we can beat our worries a little this way.

C'mon! We're speedin' up, Adonis! Get a move on or I'm gonna pass ya straight to the goal!

Adonis: Oogami. This treadmill isn't built for sprinting... your pace is too fast. 

Koga: Not for me! An awesome guy like me can take on anything long-distance!
